I am not satisfied with the product. I ordered hair brushes for sale, each of them came with a scratch, I wrote complaint about it and I was not treated properly. The customer service is shocking, I sent a video with each brush and the scratch. The lady said that these are marks left during production and that there is no problem with the brush. Moreover, she said that they send such products to other consumers and there is no problem with them, shock. And I should try sell the hair brushes first because its only marks .I rarely write bad reviews but please pay attention when purchasing products, I am not satisfied and they did not treat me well .I have my own hairdressing company and I have never encountered anything like this before.
